Pursuant to the provisions of Law 9/2017 of 8 November on Public Sector Contracts, Enresa holds the status of a contracting authority that is not a Public Administration. Accordingly, the preparation and award of contracts subject to this law are governed by its provisions, while their performance and termination shall be governed by the rules of private law.
Enresa has an Electronic Tendering Platform, which serves as the channel through which bidders may consult published procurement files, submit their bids electronically, and access electronic notifications related thereto.
Enresa also maintains a contractor profile on the Public Sector Procurement Platform.
