Enresa is constantly committed to ethical and responsible behaviour. In fact, these are values of the organisation that must be present in each and every one of the activities and initiatives it carries out.
The corporate Code of Ethics thus becomes a reference document that must be complied with, a deontological guide that must govern the conduct of everyone at Enresa.
The Ethical Manager and the Ethics Committee are responsible for the management, monitoring and implementation of actions related to compliance with this code.
The following e-mail address gestoretico@enresa.es has been set up to provide any information relating to the Code of Ethics.
Enresa also has an internal reporting channel, as stipulated in Organic Law 2/2023 of 20 February, with the aim of preventing and detecting any conduct that could be considered illegal or irregular, or contravenes the Code of Ethics, and which guarantees the protection of the informant.
